Poochie Koochie is also known as Dixie Pups. Poochie Koochie is based in Miami, Florida. The company was founded by Julie Soutullo. The company specializes in retail of puppies. Poochie Coochie, Inc. is also known as Toni Jaques or Tony Soutullo or Armando Soutullo. There have been several lawsuits filed against the founder of Poochie Koochie who has been selling sick puppies. People allege that puppies that they have bought from Poochie Koochie had different deseases such as parvovirus and other and died.
